About the Role

The AI & Data Science organization shapes client and employee experiences through advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI. As a Senior AI & Data Scientist, you will lead and develop a team, partner across departments, and define AI roadmaps to solve complex business challenges and create measurable value.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of AI and Data Science professionals.
- Partner across business, product, engineering, risk, and operations teams to define AI roadmaps.
- Move high-impact solutions from concept to production.
- Evaluate emerging technologies.
- Influence enterprise AI strategy.
- Establish scalable practices for responsible AI, governance, MLOps, and enterprise deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, or Advanced Analytics.
- 3+ years of experience serving as a technical subject matter expert, providing mentorship, code reviews, and guidance on AI/ML best practices.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying machine learning or AI solutions in production environments.
- Demonstrated experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, natural language processing, and/or Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern AI/ML frameworks and tools.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions in partnership with business and technology stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering complex initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
