About the Role
The Field Support Manager of Inspections performs scheduled inspections of store racking and cantilever systems to ensure safety and compliance with National Rack Standards and manufacturer guidelines. This role coordinates with store leadership on scheduling, findings, and training, reviews material needs, and identifies opportunities for improvement within the inspection app and field trends.
Responsibilities
- Performs ad hoc requests as needed.
- Reviews independent engineering audits of inspections for feedback and learning.
- Provides feedback on field tendencies and opportunities within the inspection process.
- Performs and reviews store racking inspections across the assigned territory.
- Works closely with store leadership on immediate safety concerns and training on National Racking Standards.
Requirements
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
- Usually in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort from dust, fumes or odors.
Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Tableau
- Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences
- Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- 1+ year of previous leadership experience
Education Level
- High school diploma and/or GED
- Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
Salary/Compensations
- $110,000.00 - $115,000.00
