About the Role

As a Digital Engineering Consultant (PLM Implementation) Senior Associate, you will specialize in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Operations Consulting practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. In this role, you will provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies. You will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing. Responsibilities

Analyzing product development lifecycles to identify bottlenecks and enhance speed to market
Developing strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs
Implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize supply chain integration
Leveraging digital technologies to streamline processes and drive business performance
Conducting feasibility studies and market trend analysis to inform product strategy
Managing project resources and overseeing product lifecycle management initiatives
Collaborating with clients to provide guidance on operations management and strategy
Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
Upholding professional and technical standards in compliance with firm guidelines
Embracing change and fostering innovation in product development and manufacturing processes

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of experience

Skills

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems proficiency
End-to-end Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system implementations support
Configuration and deployment of Siemens Teamcenter or PTC Windchill solutions
PLM platform integrations with engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise systems
Lean Manufacturing principles utilization for process optimization
Six Sigma methodologies application for quality improvement
