About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage agency onboarding, including creating and updating profiles in TTS, validating accreditations, verifying permits, and collecting required business and banking information.
- Support the Business Development team with agency engagement plans, partner communications, and related initiatives.
- Provide support to partner agencies regarding bookings, products, policies, promotions, and operational processes.
- Process booking changes, track service requests and exceptions, and report recurring service issues.
- Participate in organizing webinars, training sessions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Support event planning, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, negotiation support, familiarization (FAM) trip logistics, and on-site support as needed.
- Prepare sales reports, business metrics, and other departmental reports.
- Track departmental budget items, expenses, and related records.
- Maintain agency and client information accurately and up-to-date in TTS and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes and ensure a consistent experience for partner agencies.
- Stay current with Flair Vacations products, supplier offerings, booking processes, policies, promotions, and industry developments.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Possess Flair's core values: honesty, efficiency, accountability, and respect.
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in previous roles.
- Post-secondary education in travel, tourism, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the travel industry, within a travel agency, tour operator operations, or agency support.
- Experience supporting travel advisors, partner travel agencies, or managing agency accounts is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of vacation packages, booking processes, supplier relations, and travel agency operations.
- Hands-on experience with TTS (SoftVoyage) is required.
- Experience with a CRM platform is considered an asset.
- Experience in producing business intelligence (BI) reports is considered an asset.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and a professional, solutions-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, products, and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
- Fluency in French is considered a significant asset.
- Satisfactory criminal record and professional reference checks.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada without restriction.
