About the Role

As the Aesthetic Assistant, you are essential to ensuring our providers can focus on patient care by managing room preparation, patient readiness, and maintaining the efficiency of clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Prep rooms each morning, ensuring all trays and tools are ready before the first patient.
• Prepare syringes and bruise creams in advance of patient visits.
• Prepare patient charts prior to arrival and log product usage.
• Assist with charting as needed.
• Help manage appointment timing and numbing processes to maintain the schedule.
• Handle patient communications regarding pre- and post-care instructions.
• Send out treatment plans to patients.
• Call in prescriptions.
• Set up new patient profiles in the internal system.
• Maintain inventory and stock of consumables.
• Support Front Desk and operational tasks as required.

Requirements

• Passionate about the Maeva brand and mission.
• Prior experience as a medical assistant in a procedural environment preferred.
• Comfortable being on your feet.
• Calm under pressure.
• Detail-oriented.
• Comfortable in a clinical setting.
• Able to follow protocol.
• Discreet and able to maintain patient privacy.
• Acts as a brand representative.

Education Level

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) preferred, not required

Salary/Compensations

• $23-25 / hour
