About the Role
As Registrations Coordinator, you will assess and review CPA student registration, re-registration and admission to membership applications within the Student Assessment and Registrations team. The majority of your time is spent processing applications and confirming eligibility, with a significant portion dedicated to tier 2 advisory support that helps students move through each stage with confidence. You will also maintain the accuracy of student records and support registered students transitioning from the Legacy CPA Program to the CPA Professional Program. Responsibilities
- Review and process applications for student registration, re-registration and admission to membership, ensuring eligibility requirements are met and all mandatory requirements are fulfilled.
- Provide tier 2 support and guidance for registration, re-registration, timeline extension, admission to membership and documentation submission inquiries, assisting students through each process while delivering a premium student experience.
- Ensure data and records accuracy and integrity by completing ongoing data updates and regular maintenance of student records.
- Support the transition of registered students from the Legacy CPA Program to the CPA Professional Program.
Requirements
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or a related discipline.
- Experience serving students or customers in a regulatory, membership, educational services or customer-oriented environment.
- A student and customer focused attitude, with interpersonal skills, tact and discretion to guide people through processes that matter to them.
- The ability to manage high volumes and competing priorities without compromising accuracy, working both independently and as part of a team.
- The judgement to recognize when an issue should be flagged or escalated to management.
