About the Role

NPMA is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team, supporting non-technical end users by phone and remote sessions. The ideal candidate enjoys assisting others, takes pride in providing outstanding customer service, and remains confident and persistent when tackling unusual or undocumented issues.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our core application, MRI Property Management, as well as general hardware, software, and cloud technology needs.
  • Maintain appropriate Helpdesk Notes in documenting issues through resolution.
  • Periodically assist in configuring and/or deploying new computers/tablets.
  • May assist in managing or configuring other cloud applications.

Requirements

  • 2+ years relevant experience in application or technical support
  • Ability to learn unfamiliar applications quickly
  • Professional and respectful attitude, is personable and enjoys helping people
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Uses a methodical approach to problem solving
