About the Role

Verse Medical is building modern software infrastructure to connect providers, payors, and patients, ensuring people get high-quality care reliably at home. We are a well-funded Series C company seeking driven individuals to join our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the San Francisco office operates smoothly and efficiently.
  • Anticipate and resolve day-to-day office needs to maintain a high-quality work environment.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked workspace, including kitchen areas, meeting rooms, and common spaces.
  • Oversee office logistics such as supplies, deliveries, workspace setup, space planning, and building access.
  • Ensure conference rooms and A/V systems are fully functional.
  • Liaise with building management on facilities, maintenance, and safety matters.
  • Contract, manage, and evaluate external vendors including cleaning, maintenance, IT support, and office supply partners.
  • Monitor office budgets, track operational spending, and process vendor invoices.
  • Serve as on-site IT operations liaison, assisting with basic troubleshooting, equipment setup, and hardware inventory.
  • Create a welcoming employee experience by supporting onboarding and workspace preparation.
  • Lead work related to office move-ins and move-outs.
  • Plan and coordinate in-office and off-site events such as company dinners.
  • Work independently and take ownership of office operations while keeping leadership informed and aligned.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities coordination, or a similar administrative or in-person coordination role.
  • Impeccable judgment and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and excellent discernment.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach to all tasks.
  • Ability to create and maintain reliable systems that keep the office running smoothly.
  • Ability to work in-person from our San Francisco office 10-20 hours per week.
