About the Role
The Analyst Relations & Insights Manager supports the execution of Analyst Relations & Insights activities by managing daily operations across projects and initiatives. This includes aiding in evaluation responses, executing client co-marketing, and curating and distributing insights related to analyst firms. The role reports to the head of Activation and Engagement on Merkle's Enterprise Marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Aid in the creation and ownership of AR and Insights libraries, establishing and maintaining organizational standards.
- Coordinate with Social Media Manager and Project Manager for timely announcements of key AR wins.
- Own the curation, packaging, and distribution of analyst insights to internal teams and senior stakeholders.
- Drive the creation and submission of client co-marketing initiatives, including Flagship stories, case studies, awards, and speaking submissions.
- Develop and deliver assets and communications to equip internal teams (sales, marketing, leadership) to leverage analyst research.
- Aid in the execution of strategic analyst relationship plans across Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and Everest Group.
- Own substantive contributions to analyst evaluation responses, providing editorial support and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, account management, business analysis, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional workstreams independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Ability to learn reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Ability or willingness to learn standard design principles for impactful content delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, social sciences, statistics, or a related field.
