About the Role
As a Summer Associate, you'll be an integral part of our search team, gaining hands-on experience in executive search and corporate strategy. This minimum 8-week program offers direct engagement and meaningful responsibilities within our vibrant business environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research on industries, companies, and key individuals using tools like LinkedIn, Bloomberg, and industry-specific resources.
- Map key individuals, companies, and sectors within target markets to develop market intelligence.
- Produce detailed client reports on human capital and customized project analyses.
- Contribute to search execution and support business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with an anticipated graduation date no later than December 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.4 preferred.
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
- High EQ, with a strong interest in working with and understanding people.
- Deep intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Collaborative and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
