About the Role
Liberty Resources is seeking a School Based Clinical Therapist for East Irondequoit Central School District, offering modified summer hours and a reduced workload.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy in school and home environments.
- Conduct intake assessments by gathering data from parents, children, and other relevant sources.
- Use diagnostic and assessment information to support treatment plan development.
- Utilize evidence-based practices.
- Provide crisis intervention services for caseload when necessary.
- Actively participate on the School Intervention Team and partner with school staff/teachers to support child's success.
Requirements
- Must be flexible and family-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills and ability to effectively use an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Must have a valid New York State driver's license and access to reliable transportation when required.
