Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of product to external customer.
• Monitor product from initial acceptance of order through delivery from customer site.
• Interface with customer on technical and strategic matters relating to product delivery, including planning and scheduling.
• Manage day-to-day customer service activities and functions.
• Implement program policies, procedures, and standards.
• Develop business and technical requirements encompassing service, technology, and operational needs.
• Perform complex administrative duties requiring oversight, attention to detail, and analysis.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of Copy Exact violation procedures.
• Knowledge of the company’s policies, practices, and procedures with the ability to work within parameters.
• Solid knowledge of products and services required.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Skills

• Strong project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of MRP, Oracle and Agile systems
• Solid MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

Experience Level

• 3-4+ years customer service or related work experience

Education Level

• B.S. or equivalent work experience, or any combination of education and experience
