About the Role
Manage the delivery, organization, and rotation of inventory, ensuring storage and delivery areas are clean, orderly, and sanitary.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
- Actively support the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
- Provide and replenish food and beverage supplies in assigned venues.
- Verify that goods received match all documentation and are of expected quality.
- Ensure the integrity of all supplies collected from the receiving department.
- Ensure cleanliness of all storage areas including coolers, freezers, and dry storage.
- Maintain proper rotation of supplies.
- Remove empty bottles, trash, and dirty linen/laundry from venues.
- Assist receiving department with delivery of supplies as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous food service experience preferred.
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
- Required to stand or walk for the majority of the shift.
- Frequently required to lift up to 50 lb.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
