About the Role
Holbrook Heating is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and dependable In-Store Appointment Setter to engage with retail customers, generate leads, and schedule appointments for HVAC services. No prior HVAC experience is necessary, as paid training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Speak with retail customers
- Generate qualified leads
- Schedule appointments for store-sponsored HVAC maintenance, repairs, and replacement services
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently and meet appointment-setting goals
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or customer service is preferred but not required
- Weekend availability is required
- High school diploma or GED
