About the Role

The Enterprise Transformation team seeks consultants excited to work in an AI-first world, helping clients reimagine how work gets done. The Workforce & Organization (W&O) capability focuses on adapting workforces, operating models, and ways of working to deliver sustainable business outcomes by aligning strategy, talent, culture, and technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise change and transformation programs for SAP S/4 and digital transformation initiatives, including integrated change strategy, executive alignment, stakeholder engagement, and value realization.
- Own end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) delivery across large, complex programs, including impact assessment, operating model design, role redesign, training strategy, communications, and deployment readiness.
- Align business process and value stream transformation with organizational design, workforce capabilities, and new ways of working to drive adoption and achieve business outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams through cutover, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization phases to ensure business continuity and sustained adoption within large SI-led delivery environments.
- Drive account growth by identifying follow-on opportunities, shaping proposals, developing client relationships, and contributing to sales pursuits and business development activities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, providing strategic guidance on transformation governance, organizational readiness, risk mitigation, and change leadership.
- Lead, coach, and develop consulting teams while ensuring delivery excellence, commercial performance, and successful client outcomes.
- Bring practical SAP S/4 transformation experience and change enablement tool expertise (e.g., WalkMe, SAP Enable Now, digital adoption platforms) to accelerate adoption and value realization.
- Lead AI-enabled technology change initiatives, helping organizations prepare for and adopt AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions by addressing workforce impacts, operating model changes, governance, skills development, responsible AI adoption, and new ways of working.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience leading large-scale organizational change, business transformation, and digital transformation programs.
- Proven leadership experience delivering SAP S/4HANA, ERP, or enterprise-wide transformation programs with accountability for strategy, delivery, and client outcomes.
- Demonstrated success managing executive stakeholders (C-suite, business leaders, and program sponsors) and driving alignment across complex organizations.
- Deep understanding of how SAP S/4 and digital technologies transform business processes, operating models, roles, decision-making, and workforce capabilities.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and operating effectively within large System Integrator (SI)-led delivery environments and global transformation programs.
- Track record of supporting business development, proposal development, account growth, and sales pursuits for transformation and change management engagements.
- Experience developing and implementing change strategies for AI, GenAI, and emerging technologies, including workforce readiness, adoption, governance, and organizational impact management.
- Strong expertise in organizational design, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption measurement, and value realization.
- Familiarity with digital adoption and change enablement platforms such as WalkMe, SAP Enable Now, Whatfix, or similar solutions.
