About the Role

Engage with people easily and make them feel confident in your ability to help them. As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service duties including welcoming, checking identification, and guiding visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Perform computer tasks.
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid Ontario security license.
• WSIB approved First aid certification.

Skills

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
