About the Role
The Warehouse Coordinator / Auditor is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and auditing of the company’s Warehouse Management Systems (WMS’s) to ensure accurate customer billing, inventory integrity, operational performance, and customer SLA compliance. This role supports new and existing customers by maintaining system accuracy, reviewing contracts, tracking metrics, developing SOPs, and serving as a liaison between warehouse, operations, customers, Sales, and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and audit Warehouse Management Systems (WMS’s) for new and existing customers.
- Configure customer profiles, billing rules, SKUs, and workflows within WMS.
- Ensure WMS configuration aligns with contracts, SLAs, and operational requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system discrepancies.
- Audit customer billing for accuracy and contract compliance, including storage, handling, and accessorial charges.
- Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate resolution with Finance.
- Oversee and audit cycle counting programs.
- Review variance reports, investigate root causes, and ensure accurate WMS adjustments.
- Track warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order accuracy, productivity, and on-time shipping.
- Monitor customer SLAs and compliance.
- Identify risks and prepare internal and customer performance reports.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations on customer contracts.
- Review existing contracts for consistency with WMS configuration, billing, and SLAs.
- Assist in creating and maintaining standard contract templates.
- Create and maintain SOPs related to processes, audits, inventory control, metrics, and compliance.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding inventory, billing, WMS setup, metrics, and audit inquiries.
- Perform other duties as directed by management.
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations with strong WMS knowledge.
- Experience with billing audits, inventory control, KPIs, and SLA compliance.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
