About the Role
MFC Training is seeking a Standards Officer to join their team in Moncton, NB. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards within Canada's largest private flight school, contributing to the development of the next generation of pilots.
Responsibilities
- Monitor flight test results and instructor development.
- Organize and conduct ground school training.
- Organize an audit team and conduct audits.
- Amend the manual.
- Develop Corrective Action Plans.
- Assist senior managers as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience with instructor training and supervision.
- Held a valid commercial, or higher, Pilot License.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
