About the Role

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of facility operations and maintenance
- Coordinate and supervise contractors for repairs and improvement projects
- Manage HVAC systems, emergency power, and utility usage
- Implement building security protocols and snow removal plans
- Conduct routine inspections and handle day-to-day maintenance needs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and documentation requirements
- Provide clear updates to leadership and resolve employee concerns
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical certifications are a plus
- Valid NYS Driver’s License
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and facility management software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
