About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist with adult team clinics and junior programming.
- Work with players of all ages and skill levels.
- Run high-energy club tennis events and social mixers.
- Teach both private and group tennis lessons.
- Provide Pickleball instruction.
- Manage lesson billing through the POS system in the tennis shop.
- Collaborate with experienced and professional staff.
- Elevate the member experience with every lesson and clinic.
- Support the club's legacy of excellence.
Requirements
- Collegiate Division I tennis playing experience.
- Tennis, pickleball and padel teaching certification.
- High performance tennis coaching experience.
- Ability to work effectively with junior and adult players across a range of skill levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A polished, professional, and member-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, energetic, and team-first attitude.
- A desire to learn, develop professionally, and take on increasing responsibility within the racquet sports industry.
- Ability to build relationships and connect naturally with members, families, and fellow staff members.
