Responsibilities

  • Work alongside some of the world’s top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society.
  • Engage in varied and rigorous consulting work, often performed at client sites.
  • Collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines.
  • Increase understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives.
  • Develop new skills and experience to help in the future, be that at BCG or beyond.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate and Master’s students scheduled to graduate in 2028.
  • Non-MBA Master’s students graduating between October and December 2027.
  • Demonstrate success in academic and extra-curricular activities (volunteer work, professional internships, or personal initiatives).
  • Possess drive, creativity, intelligence, and an ability to lead.
  • Fluent English is required for communication with clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Candidates must submit an application including a cover letter, résumé and most recent unofficial transcript.
  • Candidates will be invited to complete the Consultant Career Assessment (CCA) within 24–48 hours of submitting their application.
  • Candidates will have 24 hours to complete the assessment once invited.
