About the Role

Creative Fabrica is seeking a Marketing Engineer to build internal tools, automations, and systems to accelerate marketing efforts. This hands-on role involves prototyping and shipping internal applications, automations, landing pages, integrations, and AI-powered workflows, with a focus on removing bottlenecks and increasing marketing output.

Responsibilities

Build internal tools to help marketing and creative teams work faster and produce more.
Automate manual, slow, or inefficient marketing processes by connecting platforms, APIs, and internal systems.
Build AI-powered workflows using LLMs, image models, video models, and other emerging AI capabilities.
Prototype and deliver working versions of solutions quickly.
Build and maintain marketing landing pages, campaign pages, and other web experiences.
Create tools that empower non-technical teammates to launch, modify, or scale marketing activities independently.
Integrate analytics and tracking into tools and landing pages for proper measurement of experiments.
Collaborate with channel owners, Product Marketing, and the Creative Studio to identify opportunities for technological leverage.
Utilize AI coding tools and evaluate new models, APIs, and automation platforms.
Maintain and improve valuable tools, and build systems for scaling successful marketing processes.

Requirements

2+ years of technical experience in software engineering, growth engineering, marketing engineering, automation, or a similar role.
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development skills for building and deploying web apps, internal tools, and landing pages.
Comfort with databases and basic backend infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI APIs.
Strong experience using AI coding tools and AI-assisted development workflows.
Ability to independently turn unclear business problems into working solutions.
Proactive ownership, finding opportunities, shipping early versions, gathering feedback, and improving quickly.
Good written and spoken English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
