About the Role
This role combines high-quality facial treatments with personal consultation, active luxury sales, and professional clienteling. You will have the opportunity to further develop the Beauty Lounge, attract new treatment clients, and build long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality, individually tailored facial treatments and care rituals.
- Analyze skin needs and develop personalized care recommendations.
- Advise discerning clients on exclusive high-end skincare.
- Actively approach customers at the POS and confidently close sales.
- Enthuse new customers for treatments and schedule follow-up and repeat appointments.
- Develop long-term, trusting customer relationships through professional clienteling.
- Work towards clear sales and treatment goals.
- Ensure a professional, hygienic, and luxurious appearance of the treatment room and counter at all times.
- Develop the treatment area and increase the cabin share to approximately 40%.
Requirements
- Completed cosmetic training.
- At least one year of regular practical professional experience in a treatment room.
- Proficiency in performing high-quality facial treatments and personalized care rituals.
- Solid experience in active sales, ideally in the premium or luxury beauty segment.
- Enjoyment of active customer engagement, clienteling, and closing-oriented sales.
- Ability to independently build treatment appointments and a loyal customer base.
- Confident, reliable, and well-groomed appearance.
- Proactive and responsible work approach.
- Fluent German language skills at C-level, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to work at least two to three Saturdays per month regularly.
- Experience in KaDeWe, a Luxury Department Store, or a high-quality brand counter is a clear advantage.
- Experience with brands from a comparable environment such as La Prairie, La Mer, Sisley, or Estée Lauder is also of interest.
- Understanding of KaDeWe's high standards for customer orientation, hygiene, appearance, and professional conduct, or the ability to navigate confidently in a similarly demanding environment.

Salary/Compensations
- 3-day week: €1,850–€1,950 fixed monthly salary plus up to €336 monthly bonus; total €26,232–€27,432 gross annually at 100% target achievement.
- 4-day week: €2,500 fixed monthly salary plus up to €460 monthly bonus; total €35,520 gross annually at 100% target achievement.
