About the Role

As a (Senior) TGA Engineer/Consultant (w/m/d) Technical Due Diligence/Consulting, you will join our Technical Advisory department within the global Places business line. You will contribute to creating, enhancing, and optimizing intelligent, safe, and sustainable places where people live, work, learn, and thrive, impacting the quality of life through thoughtful design and operation of spaces.

Responsibilities

Responsible for preparing due diligence reports regarding technical facilities in complex real estate transaction projects.
Support project teams in controlling projects for new real estate developments for end investors or financiers.
Provide technical support to project management teams in complex building and industrial construction projects in Germany.
Accompany project teams in the conception, planning, construction, and subsequent operation of technical facilities across all system groups, ensuring the achievement of agreed project goals regarding costs, deadlines, and quality.
Professionally manage client relationships, independently coordinating project requirements, results, change orders, etc.
Utilize the technical expertise of your own network for work and support colleagues at other locations with specialized knowledge and experience.
Participate in bid calculations.

Requirements

Completed degree in technical building services, supply engineering, building and energy technology, technical building management, electrical engineering, or a technician qualification with a corresponding focus.
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position within an executing company or an engineering firm.
Interest in broad areas of technical equipment and extensive technical knowledge.
Sound knowledge of project management processes, methods, and tools.
Experience in cost estimation for new installations, renovations in existing buildings, and life-cycle costs.
Quick comprehension and simple, understandable presentation of complex topics.
Goal-oriented work, independence, reliability, teamwork, flexibility, and strong communication skills.
Very good German and good English language skills.
