Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to residents.
- Monitor residents and visitors entering and exiting the building.
- Provide security to the property.
- Communicate appropriately with authorities and the Property team.
- Keep an accurate log of all visitors by recording their names.
- Convey accurate information to appropriate authorities as necessary.
- Answer telephones and take accurate messages.
- Conduct patrols of the entire complex according to a schedule.
- Respond to emergency situations by calling the appropriate emergency service.

- $20-22.00/hour
