About the Role

The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment.

Responsibilities

Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner, including cleanup.
Performs property repairs, including painting, basic carpentry, wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.
Cleans apartments during turnover process as directed.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of basic building maintenance through training or experience.
Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license and insurance).

Skills

Ability to take direction from a supervisor.
Ability to read, write, perform basic math, and follow instructions.
Flexibility to change work plans.
Ability to maintain a professional personal appearance.

Salary/Compensations

$23.00-$25.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
