About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee the complete user experience for key products within the Niural platform. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and other PMs to guide features from initial concept through to launch, translating complex customer challenges into actionable requirements.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a product roadmap balancing customer needs, market trends, and company priorities.
- Align leadership and cross-functional teams on product strategy and rationale.
- Utilize customer research, data, and feedback to identify significant problems.
- Develop clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Manage features throughout their lifecycle: discovery, scoping, delivery, launch, and iteration.
- Engage in technical tradeoff discussions with engineers and make rapid prioritization decisions.
- Define integration requirements, testing plans, and validation processes.
- Monitor product performance using data and user feedback to identify friction and gaps.
- Proactively propose solutions, particularly for edge cases in regulated areas like payroll and compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams.
- Clearly communicate product information to stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of end-to-end product management experience.
- Deep familiarity with AI/LLM-powered product features.
- Comfortable engaging in deep technical discussions with engineers regarding tradeoffs.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to overcome product challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency with product tools such as Jira, Linear, Figma, Notion, or similar.
