Responsibilities
- Provide effective staff supervision and coaching.
- Adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED with three years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals experiencing mental illness, substance use disorders, trauma histories, and other barriers to independent living while supporting recovery, self-determination, and community integration.
- Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office applications, electronic health records, and documentation systems.
- Must be able to be reached by phone.
- Must have a vehicle available to conduct organization business.
- Valid NYS Driver's License required in accordance with Unity House policies.
