About the Role
Propark Mobility is hiring Valet Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. The role involves greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and efficiently, explaining parking rates, and inspecting vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
- Maintain company uniform appearance.
- Resolve issues.
- Be outside and active most of the day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
- Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
- Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs.
- Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
- Can drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.
