About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the operation of the grocery department, overseeing clerks, and monitoring product merchandising, rotation, and inventory levels to maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation.
• Assist with product merchandising, pricing, stocking, signing, plan-o-grams, displays, rotation, and inventory levels.
• Assist with ordering merchandise and supplies for the Grocery department.
• Ensure adherence to company and state sanitation and pricing procedures.
• Unload warehouse merchandise from trucks.
• Assist with training and development of new associates.
• Control shrink through adherence to policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through.
• Satisfactory performance reviews.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Experience Level

• 6-12 months of related experience

Education Level

• High School Degree or equivalent

Salary/Compensations

• $18.00- $27.00
