About the Role
The Branch Manager Development Program is designed for ambitious leaders seeking to accelerate their careers through broad experience across our retail network. Participants undergo immersive training to build the skills and knowledge needed to lead a Scotiabank branch. Upon completion, successful candidates are placed into Branch Manager roles based on business needs within a defined geographic area. Flexibility and mobility are key, requiring comfort with assignments across specified locations.
