About the Role
This position is primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the package room, including receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing resident packages. Additional front desk and operational responsibilities may be assigned.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the package room, including receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing resident packages.
- Ensure packages are stored accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and clean package room.
- Assist residents with package retrieval and resolve package-related concerns.
- Greet prospects and residents, and ensure their comfort while waiting.
- Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate team member.
- Assist with completed service request call backs.
- Maintain the guest suite schedule, ensuring proper payment and cleanliness.
- Manage and coordinate the loading dock and/or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs.
- Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition each morning.
- Document package delivery information and notify residents within 24 hours.
- Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services.
- Assist the community team with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs.
- Keep detailed information on local area resources and maintain relationships with concierge vendors.

Salary/Compensations
- $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
