About the Role
As part of the Global eCommerce organisation, the Testing & Personalisation team plays a key role in improving the LEGO.com experience for our shoppers, helping to build direct and lasting relationships with our fans. This is a highly collaborative, data-driven role for someone who is naturally curious and proactive in finding opportunities to improve commercial performance. You’ll work with a wide range of stakeholders to develop compelling test hypotheses, manage tests from end to end, interpret the results and turn the data into clear recommendations that influence business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead one of our optimisation testing programs, developing testing strategies and managing A/B and multivariate tests end-to-end.
- Identify commercial opportunities by using data, shopper behaviour, and performance insights to improve conversion, engagement, and commercial sales performance.
- Analyze test results using tools such as Adobe Analytics and Optimizely, alongside tools such as Quantum Metric, to understand shopper behaviour and conversion journeys and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Influence across a complex stakeholder landscape by working closely with various business teams to align priorities, resolve conflicts, and influence decisions on what to test and which experiences or messages to prioritise.
- Partner with Product teams to improve the technical capabilities of optimisation testing, while helping to evolve testing best practices and demonstrate the commercial value of experimentation across the organisation.
Requirements
- Strong experience with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies, ideally across ecommerce, websites and/or CRM.
- Experience using optimisation tools such as Optimizely.
- Strong analytical capability and experience using data to uncover opportunities, assess performance and make commercially focused recommendations.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics is preferred, with Google Analytics also valuable.
- Ability to translate complex test results and shopper insights into a compelling narrative, clearly explaining what the data means and recommending what the business should do next.
- Experienced in influencing and negotiating with a broad and senior stakeholder group, confidently navigating competing priorities and bringing teams together around the right customer and commercial outcome.
- Curious, creative and highly motivated to find opportunities, with a structured and pragmatic approach to managing multiple tests and initiatives in a complex, fast-moving organisation.
