About the Role

Cohesity is seeking a senior marketing leader with a proven track record in driving CxO engagement, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and net-new pipeline to join the UKI Field Marketing team as a Senior Field Marketing Manager. This role is crucial for owning marketing strategy and execution for UK, Strategic Accounts, Public Sector & Alliances, focusing on building executive relationships, integrating field and channel plans, and driving net-new logo pipeline in complex market segments.

Responsibilities

  • Drive CxO engagement and pipeline across strategic account ABM and public sector buying.
  • Build and run executive briefing programs and 1:1 relationship programs with CISOs, CIOs, and CTOs.
  • Design and execute tiered ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) for strategic accounts and public sector buyers.
  • Prioritize and sequence investment across public sector subsectors (central government, health, education).
  • Operate industry-led programs, collaborating with Alliances and Growth teams.
  • Work with the UK channel team to merge field and channel plans.
  • Own UK cyber security field events end-to-end, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
  • Partner with the SDR team to ensure lead follow-up and translate marketing activity into pipeline.
  • Partner with sales to translate business risk and board priorities into account-specific marketing strategy and content.
  • Navigate public sector procurement cycles and frameworks.
  • Partner with the centralized Alliances team on joint programs with CSP partners.
  • Partner with the centralized Growth/corporate marketing team on vertical campaigns.
  • Own budget planning and management for field marketing programs, with accountability for ROI.
  • Utilize AI tools for intent signals, personalization, content generation, and account research.
  • Track and report on pipeline contribution, focusing on net-new logo growth.
  • Provide onsite execution support for major industry events within the UK.
  • Travel within the UK as needed for events and account engagement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of field marketing, ABM, or closely related experience at a senior level.
  • Proven experience running executive briefings and 1:1 relationship programs with CISOs/CIOs/CTOs.
  • Consistent record of successfully partnering with sales, building tightly aligned plans.
  • Experience building programs to win net-new logos.
  • Channel-centric experience, including building and merging joint plans with partners.
  • Deep understanding of public sector procurement, rhythms, and priorities.
  • Strong UKI market knowledge, including the analyst landscape, public sector frameworks, and competitive vendors.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Comfort using AI tools for research, personalization, and content generation.
  • Strong business acumen; ability to connect IT spend to business risk and board priorities.
  • Experience owning budget planning and management for marketing programs with ROI accountability.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and comfortable creating structure and process.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team on cross-sector industry events.
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Ability to travel within the UK as needed.
