About the Role

Corpay is seeking an Enterprise Associate to support Account Managers within the Enterprise Management division, focusing on the Cross Border line of business. This role is crucial for managing strategic accounts, facilitating payments, and ensuring long-term client retention through proactive relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers in managing strategic accounts, including Financial Institutions, Payroll, and Integrated Partnerships.
  • Perform online setups, updates, and provide support for clients.
  • Conduct training, implementation, and integration activities.
  • Facilitate correct payment processing as instructed.
  • Build strong internal relationships and liaise with Operations and other departments to ensure timely payment delivery.
  • Proactively assist the team in managing clients throughout the payment process, understanding priorities, and maintaining efficiency.
  • Analyze requests and provide information to resolve client needs with a detail-oriented and organized approach.
  • Seamlessly set up clients online and support them on the Corpay Cross-Border platform.
  • Obtain and evaluate relevant information, adhering to Best Practices.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to provide prompt and informative client responses.
  • Resolve queries and payment investigations in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Perform customer verifications and ensure compliance with all tasks.
  • Communicate clearly, both written and verbally.
  • Process payments accurately and suggest improvements to existing processes.
  • Provide professional service and manage internal obstacles discreetly.
  • Work quickly to resolve customer issues.
  • Proactively monitor Payment queues within internal systems.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer experiences and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, trading, and support teams to leverage organizational capabilities.
  • Seek additional synergies as appropriate.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of successful customer service experience.
  • Experience providing support for pre and post-release transactions, capturing information, and reconciling data.
  • Payment handling experience is an asset.
  • Client relationship management experience is ideal.
  • IT literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems and troubleshoot.
  • Unquestionable integrity.
  • Organized and disciplined.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and time-sensitive queries with ownership until resolution.
