About the Role

We’re looking for a Regular Giving Fundraising Assistant to provide support to our Regular Giving Fundraising team, who are responsible for some of our most popular fundraising products.

Responsibilities

• Advise internal teams and external fulfilment companies regarding public queries relating to regular giving products, ensuring enquiries and complaints are handled swiftly and effectively.
• Provide support for the Sponsor a Dog scheme, from arranging photoshoots to liaising with rehoming centres to prepare new sponsor dogs information.
• Assist with the day-to-day running of the Companion Club, ensuring a smooth experience for our dedicated supporters.
• Contribute to copywriting and planning for Sponsor a Dog content.
