About the Role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support product releases, drive adoption, and create impactful positioning. This role is critical in understanding buyer needs, defining market strategies, and equipping the go-to-market team with necessary tools. The ideal candidate will have a product marketing-first mindset, focusing on market research, messaging, launch ownership, and translating complex healthcare data and AI capabilities into compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop messaging and competitive positioning for AI-powered features, translating complex capabilities into simple, outcome-focused language.
  • Create positioning and enablement materials for clinical workflow and data analytics products, tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support product enablement sessions with messaging frameworks, positioning guides, and objection-handling resources for the GTM team.
  • Connect with customers to build a library of content including case studies, success stories, webinars, and testimonials.
  • Partner with the Growth Marketing team to ensure product messaging is consistently applied across campaigns, content, and channels.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated progressive experience in product marketing with a strong command of core product marketing disciplines: messaging, positioning, competitive intelligence, persona development, and launch management.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment, specifically within healthcare technology, post-acute care, or health systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven products or platforms, including the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into outcome-focused language for healthcare buyers.
  • Experience marketing data or analytics products, with comfort working alongside product and data teams to extract customer-facing insights.
  • Superior written communication skills, including a firm command of grammar, messaging hierarchy, and audience-appropriate business writing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to combine qualitative and quantitative insights to tell a compelling story and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proactive, cross-functional collaborator who can work effectively across product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare market, including clinical workflows, regulatory considerations, and the dynamics of selling to provider organizations is preferred.
