About the Role

Accountable for the profit and loss of the facility, ensuring environmental, health, and safety compliance, and overseeing manufacturing operations to meet production metrics.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for profit and loss of the facility.
• Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance with company policy, laws, state and federal regulations.
• Oversee manufacturing operations including throughput, cost and waste control, maintenance, quality, inventories control and meeting budgeted production metrics.
• Manage local sales, customer service, and partner with the sales manager to establish and meet facility sales goals.
• Identify and target market segments and deploy division pricing strategy.
• Engage in strategic planning, including business, marketing and capital planning processes.
• Assist in maintaining and supporting positive labor relations.
• Manage human resources functions including workforce engagement, diversity, recruiting and hiring, employee and leadership development, and employee labor relations.
• Oversee financial management, including establishing and managing budgets and compliance with financial controls.

Requirements

• Seven to ten years corrugated experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience.
