Axiom is seeking Legal Operations Professionals to support clients across various industries, focusing on enhancing legal processes and technology.

Support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of legal processes, workflows, operating models, and service-delivery approaches.
Implement, manage, and optimize legal technology and CLM systems, including workflows, user adoption, reporting, data, knowledge management, and intake processes.
Plan, coordinate, and deliver legal operations initiatives across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, deadlines, and business priorities.
Partner with legal, sales, procurement, finance, and business teams to improve efficiency, manage risk, and deliver practical, scalable support.

Demonstrable experience in legal operations, legal operations administration, or a related legal-services, transformation, process-improvement, or operational-delivery environment.
Legal project management experience is desirable.
Experience supporting legal processes, CLM implementation or optimization, legal technology, reporting, data, knowledge management, or stakeholder communications.
Strong organizational, commercial-awareness, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
Good AI literacy and the ability to use AI-enabled tools to improve legal workflows, streamline processes, analyze information, and enhance operational delivery while applying appropriate judgment and oversight.
