About the Role

This role supports the Washington & Sustainability Strategy team, focusing on event origination, speaker outreach, event coordination, and relationship management to enhance the franchise's visibility and client engagement. It's ideal for building a career at the intersection of finance and policy.

Responsibilities

Develop and originate webinar and event ideas on public policy, geopolitics, sustainability, and related investment themes.
Source, engage, and coordinate internal and external speakers.
Manage all event logistics, scheduling, compliance requirements, communications, and execution.
Maintain and enhance databases of speakers, industry experts, clients, and event activities.
Prepare marketing materials, briefing documents, speaker biographies, agendas, and post-event summaries.
Partner closely with Corporate Access, Sales, Trading, and Investment Banking teams to maximize client engagement.
Manage team calendars and support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs.
Track event performance metrics and support initiatives aimed at expanding the team's client reach and market presence.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
Background in public policy, economics, finance, business, sustainability, political science, or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to respond quickly and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proactive, resourceful, and highly organized with strong follow-through.
Willingness to work outside normal business hours on occasion.
