About the Role

You'll be a senior voice in the team, acting as a safe pair of hands for our biggest clients, a coach for less experienced Delivery Managers and Associates, and a driving force behind continuous improvement in Delivery. This role requires you to go beyond project planning, identify and fix root causes of recurring issues, and help shape a Delivery function that scales with Stream's growth.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for large and complex client launches across FlexPay, Credit, Wealth and Benefits, from contract signature through go-live and post-launch adoption.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders, serving as the senior escalation point for delivery risk or complexity.
• Build credible, senior relationships with client sponsors and internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, Risk and Comms.
• Coach and mentor Delivery Managers and Delivery Associates to enhance project management rigor.
• Own and evolve elements of the Delivery Playbook, standardizing processes and removing recurring friction.
• Track adoption and revenue performance across your portfolio, proactively identifying and course-correcting at-risk accounts.
• Feed frontline delivery insights into the product roadmap, including improvements to the client onboarding experience.

Requirements

• Strong track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ideally in B2B2C, SaaS, HR tech or fintech.
• Comfortable managing several concurrent client implementations at pace with attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, credible with senior client contacts and internal teams.
• Natural coaching ability, energized by helping junior colleagues grow.
• Data-driven and outcome-focused, with a focus on measuring impact.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to shape process.
• Experience in earned wage access, employee benefits, workplace lending, savings or payroll is a plus, but not essential.

• £70,000 to £75,000 depending on experience + Commission + Equity
