About the Role
As the strategic leader of Hotel Operations, you will oversee the property’s day-to-day performance and act as General Manager in their absence. You will shape and execute innovative, property-wide strategies that advance operational excellence, enrich the guest experience and co-deliver the hotel’s commercial and business objectives. You will provide inspirational leadership across Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Loss Prevention, St. Pancras Spa, Quality Assurance and Special Projects. Leading an accomplished senior management team, you will foster a high-performance culture defined by collaboration, accountability, quality and continuous improvement. As an influential member of the Hotel Executive Committee, you will help define the hotel’s strategic direction. Partnering closely with the Directors of Food and Beverage and Director of Engineering, you will align operational and commercial leaders behind a shared vision, inspire exceptional performance and drive transformative initiatives across the property. Your leadership will create unforgettable experiences at every touchpoint, empower associates to flourish, deliver outstanding commercial performance and strengthen the hotel’s position as a defining destination in luxury hospitality.

- Represent St. Pancras London and Marriott International within the business and local community.
Requirements
- Accomplished luxury hospitality leader with at least eight years of progressive experience in hotel operations.
- Experience as Hotel Manager or Director of Operations within a full-service property is preferred.
- Knowledge of the UK market is advantageous.
- Luxury brand experience and proven commercial and financial acumen are essential.
- Strong technical knowledge of hotel operational departments.
- Inspirational leadership, with the ability to coach, influence and develop high-performing teams.
- Proven commercial and analytical judgement, with the ability to anticipate business trends and deliver measurable results.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative and decisive problem-solving capabilities.
- Confidence to lead change, challenge convention and introduce new ways of working.
- Strong planning, organisation and time-management skills.
- A self-motivated, agile and resilient approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is essential.
