About the Role

This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within a career-oriented organization. If you love cars and are eager to learn, this role provides daily variety and the chance to drive many different vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Consultants with the car selling process.
• Operate various computer programs (training provided).
• Drive new and used vehicles on the dealership lot.
• Ensure vehicles are fueled and ready for sale.
• Transport vehicles to and from service facilities.
• Prepare new vehicles for dealer trades.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lot.
• Track vehicles through the recon process.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must pass a drug test prior to hiring.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must possess a good attitude.
• Must have a strong work ethic.
• Able to work outdoors for short periods year-round.
• Works well on a small team.
• Ready and willing to contribute to team efforts.
• Takes initiative and notices imperfections.
• Enjoys driving different cars daily.
• Comfortable with variety in daily tasks.
• Willing to work Saturdays and evenings until 7 or 8 PM.
