About the Role
School Space partners with schools to rent out their facilities to the community during evenings and weekends. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting schools in becoming community hubs.
Responsibilities
- Open and close assigned local school(s) in the evenings and weekends, acting as a key holder and remaining onsite during customer bookings.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate school updates to the operations team.
- Conduct necessary checks and perform cleaning/tidying after bookings.
- Set up and clear away tables and chairs, including moving exam desk setups as needed.
Requirements
- Must be able to work weekends most weeks.
- Must be able to work shifts between 4:30pm and 10:30pm Monday - Friday, and between 7:45am and 10:30pm on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Must be able to commit to 5-15 hours per week on average.
- Requires a clear enhanced DBS check.
