About the Role
Provides fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient service within the food court operation. Assists with training, scheduling, and inventory control to maximize sales. Oversees staff and ensures adherence to sanitation regulations. May prepare large quantities of food and possesses a formal knowledge of recipes and cooking styles.
Responsibilities
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service.
- Smile, make eye contact, and thank customers.
- Engage in sampling and suggestive selling.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S standards.
- Assist with overseeing daily food court operations, including training, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Prepare and cook mass quantities of food for finishing cooks according to required quantities.
- Ensure thorough knowledge and understanding of recipes and ingredient formulas.
- Ensure all associates adhere to company and state sanitation policies and procedures.
- Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures.
- Maintain Cold case logs, Hot food logs, and Cooling logs consistent with store policy.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives.
- Satisfactory performance reviews.
