About the Role

The Project Engineer will plan, design, and execute technical projects from inception to completion. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, management of project timelines and budgets, and ensuring projects meet quality and performance standards. The Project Engineer plays a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions and maintaining the integrity of engineering processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with the design of Power Distribution Panels, Wire and Cable, Grounding, Conduit and Cable Tray Systems as well as Electrical equipment plans, Conduit and cable plans, Conduit and cable schedules, Installation details, Knowledge of load calculations to size wire, and Knowledge of conduit fill calculations. The role requires the ability to work with the facilities engineering and design groups to prepare drawing and document packages for the installation of semiconductor manufacturing tools (Tool Hookup). While 2D CAD tools are primarily utilized in this position, some interaction with 3D systems may occur, although 3D CAD proficiency is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement technical solutions to meet project requirements.
  • Develop detailed technical specifications and documentation.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and develop project proposals.
  • Lead technical reviews and ensure that designs meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Prepare and present project reports, updates, and presentations.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience with the design of Power Distribution Panels, Wire and Cable, Grounding, Conduit and Cable Tray Systems.
  • Experience with Electrical equipment plans, Conduit and cable plans, Conduit and cable schedules, Installation details.
  • Knowledge of load calculations to size wire.
  • Knowledge of conduit fill calculations.
  • Ability to work with facilities engineering and design groups to prepare drawing and document packages for the installation of semiconductor manufacturing tools (Tool Hookup).

Salary/Compensations

  • $95,000 - $120,000
