About the Role

Join the People & Culture team to transform how Workday is leveraged to empower employees and managers. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of People Analytics and will unlock Workday’s reporting & analytical capabilities across the organization. You will partner with leaders to democratize data usage and foster a data-driven culture through thought leadership and consultation, collaborating with process teams and business process owners to provide data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Workday report, dashboard & discovery board subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define business requirements for reports, then build, test and deploy.
  • Develop, test and deploy Workday reports for key Workday modules (Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking etc.).
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate and streamline reports.
  • Troubleshoot performance, security and data quality issues.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Human Resources is required, with a strong emphasis on HR reporting and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields and Discovery Boards.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Innovative thinking, clear analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technological concepts to business partners.
  • Candidates may be subject to skills and knowledge testing.
  • Candidates may be subject to a background check, including a mandatory Criminal record check.
