About the Role

Join the People & Culture team to transform how Workday is leveraged to empower employees and managers. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of People Analytics and will unlock Workday’s reporting & analytical capabilities across the organization. You will partner with leaders to democratize data usage and foster a data-driven culture through thought leadership and consultation, collaborating with process teams and business process owners to provide data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Workday report, dashboard & discovery board subject matter expert.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define business requirements for reports, then build, test and deploy.
Develop, test and deploy Workday reports for key Workday modules (Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking etc.).
Identify opportunities to consolidate and streamline reports.
Troubleshoot performance, security and data quality issues.

Requirements

Prior experience in Human Resources is required, with a strong emphasis on HR reporting and analytics.
Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields and Discovery Boards.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Innovative thinking, clear analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technological concepts to business partners.
