About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Design, test, and refine prompts for generative AI platforms to improve output quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Build AI-powered workflows, automations, and lightweight applications using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Platform, and related technologies.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, understand requirements, and translate complex business challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions.
  • Develop proofs of concept and prototypes that improve productivity, efficiency, and business outcomes.
  • Monitor solution performance, analyze results, and recommend enhancements to improve accuracy, reliability, user experience, and business value.
  • Support data-driven reporting and analytics to track progress, measure adoption, and demonstrate the impact of AI initiatives.
  • Assist with the continuous optimization of AI models, workflows, prompts, and automations to align with evolving business needs.
  • Support responsible AI practices, including governance, security, privacy, compliance, and ethical AI usage.
  • Create documentation, user guides, and training materials to support adoption and user enablement.
  • Work independently through ambiguity and changing priorities to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Stay current on emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in AI, automation, software development, business technology, digital transformation, or a related field.
  • Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies.
  • Experience designing prompts and building AI-powered workflows, automations, or digital solutions that improve business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and independently drive solutions forward.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • A growth mindset, curiosity, and enthusiasm for learning and experimenting with emerging technologies.
