About the Role
The Client Reports Administrator is responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of client reporting across performance, advisory fee, and fiscal (tax) reporting. This role resolves issues outside routine steps, validates data, and partners with various departments to support clients and evolving reporting needs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, validate, and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting across performance, advisory fees, and fiscal (tax) reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness before distribution.

- Escalate unresolved or complex issues promptly to prevent impact on client reporting.
- Work with external vendors to source pricing and transaction data for products held outside our primary custodian.
- Interpret statements and transaction notices across established products, and ensure the data is entered accurately for reporting.
- Calculate and reconcile monthly advisory fees, including blended AUM, negotiated rates, and fee adjustments, ensuring accuracy across accounts.
- Support year-end fiscal reporting in partnership with Fund Operations, reconciling tax data and sourcing distribution breakdowns for third-party holdings.
- Collect, verify, and distribute tax slips to client and accountant portals.
- Maintain historical reporting data—fund distributions, tax breakdowns, and foreign exchange rates—and match internal account transfers and share-class switches.
- Monitor the team inbox and respond to reporting, tax, and investment queries from the Private Wealth team.
- Validate performance return accuracy, review adjusted cost base (ACB) calculations, and explain gain/loss impacts on sales.
- Identify opportunities to refine and streamline processes, document procedures, and flag system issues.
