About the Role
Mem Global is seeking an Eastern Community Manager to manage and empower community builders in creating meaningful Jewish experiences for young adults. This role involves supporting residents, recruiting community builders, tracking KPIs, connecting residents to resources, and developing regional community knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Guide residents to create meaningful programs and strong communities through brainstorming, training, goal setting, problem-solving, and relationship building.
- Develop individual relationships with residents through remote interactions, site visits, and skills development.
- Recruit residents for new and existing Moishe Houses and Pods.
- Manage financial data and administrative tasks.
- Evaluate and create plans to mitigate risk.
- Work on several projects simultaneously.
- Lead and facilitate special projects based on departmental need, expertise, and interests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or four additional years of work experience.
- At least three years full-time post-undergraduate professional work experience.
- Ability to be flexible with work hours, including nights and weekends.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Familiarity with Mem Global as staff, resident, host, and/or community member is preferred.
- Previous knowledge of using Salesforce and Monday.com is a plus.
